Returns Policy: 1.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. 1.2 To initiate a return, please send an email to info@sacarmats.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. 1.3 The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds: 2.1 Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 2.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [insert number] days.
Exchanges: 3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@sacarmats.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product.

8. Warranty: 8.1 SA Car Mats offers a 3-year limited warranty on its products, effective from the date of purchase. 8.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. 8.3 To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@sacarmats.co.za with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos. 8.4 SA Car Mats reserves the right to either repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at its discretion for valid warranty claims. 8.5 The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to SA Car Mats for warranty evaluation. If the claim is deemed valid, SA Car Mats will cover the return shipping costs.
